Polyneuropathy

The most common cause of polyneuropathy is inflammation. So the CRP or Sedrate of the patient should be checked.
This is a treatable condition so if the B12 level is normal then in all patients with polyneuropathy one should consider CIDP.

This is easily treated with IVIg.
